We are a small company with twenty years of experience in the field of industrial automation, electrical switchboards and machines for customers who have a strong international presence.

The main business area in which we operate is that of industrial automation with the aim of offering the customer products and solutions at 360°. We provide hardware and software design services. We produce electrical switchboards, machine-field systems and we take care of commissioning. We guarantee customer support on all our products.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN

Our technical office can develop every detail of the machine or system. Continuous updates allow us to be qualified on the regulations about electrical standard and to guarantee the customer a reliable and safe project. Customers are involved in the definition of components and processes according to their need, thus aiming to obtain completely customized electrical panels, prototypes, machines and systems. Our technical team uses powerful workstations that runs the most widespread cad in the electrical sector, EPLAN P8.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Our technical office develops PLC and HMI software by using the most popular IDE on the market. The goal is to create reliable software equipped with diagnostic solutions in order to identify system issues and to reduce machines downtime. Our HMI panels are simple and intuitive, built in collaboration with customers to meet all their needs. We mainly develop through TIA Portal and Sysmac Studio but we are always open to alternative development environments and new challenges. Declarations of conformity and user manuals are supplied with our software.

We supply turnkey machines and help our customers to create high level complete machine field systems.

MANUFACTURING OF SPECIAL MACHINES

In close collaboration with the customer, we study, design and build machines that can handle entire production phases or specific activities. Thanks to our experience in mechanics and electronics, we build products that can be integrated into pre-existing production processes, thus automating phases of critical importance for the customer. Starting from 3D project we define phases and materials for the machine development, we follow the supply chain and we take care of the assembly and final testing. Both the software and the machine are supplied with the EU declaration and all the documentation required by the regulations.

MACHINE FIELD SYSTEMS

We are specialized in the production of field systems designed internally or by the customer. We guarantee state-of-the-art execution, by ensuring practicality and aesthetics without excluding future implementations. We use modern solutions focusing on technological development to simplify on-site and maintenance activities. We are structured to carry out machine field systems both in Italy and abroad. We also design and manufacture pre-wired components useful in the case of mass production.

Our products and services are mainly applied in industrial and marine automation. In relation to industrial sector, we are specialized in the following segments: energy, environment, food, testing, pharma, handling and packaging. The quality of the product and the service we offer is guaranteed by quality standard (national and international) compliance (UNI EN ISO 9001:2015). All our products are subjected to scrupulous functional checks and electrical test; we supply the related documentation. We also provide mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assembly.
